We custom price each home and provide you with a quote for every frequency during our free, no obligation, in-home consultation.

Bi-weekly full-service for a home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,400 sq.ft. generally ranges around $169 to $194 + HST per visit.

First Cleaning Visit
You have two choices when it comes to your first visit.
Most people prefer an initial deep cleaning to start, then switch to routine cleaning service at a frequency that suits them. However, house cleaning is hard work, and a first cleaning or one-time is by far the most labor intensive service as we are bringing a house up to a sparkling clean - like our Platinum Level Deluxe Package. After the first deep cleaning, it will take much less time (on an ongoing basis) to maintain that new level of sparkling cleanliness. A first time deep cleaning can be 1.5 to 3 times longer than a routine cleaning service.
Some homes prefer to start using the compressed routine cleaning time each visit with a priority list. Since it can take quite a bit more time to get the entire home up to that first level of cleaning perfection, we'll hit your priority areas first, and as we continue to come and clean your home, the little 'extras' that make up a deep cleaning will be rotated in. We will eventually have your entire home sparkling usually within 2-3 cleanings.
